Calculator inputs and browser processing

The calculator application processes the dimensions, quantities, prices and other values you enter in your browser. There is no user account or estimate submission service. The current application does not send calculator inputs to an analytics service or advertising network.

Refreshing a page, following a project link or changing browser data can affect the values available to the application. Do not treat the browser session as a permanent backup of an estimate. Save the inputs and result when you need a record.

Saved and shared project links

Supported project links encode input values in the part of the address after the # character. That fragment is read by the application in your browser. It is not part of the normal page request sent to the web server.

A link can be stored in browser history, bookmarks, copied messages or another service where you place it. Anyone who receives it may be able to read or load the included values. Check the address before sharing it, especially when values describe a private project or prices you do not want to disclose.

Sharing through email, messaging or another platform also involves that service’s own practices. Remove or avoid sharing inputs that are not needed by the recipient.

Offline storage and downloads

The hosted homepage can cache its core files for repeat visits and offline use where the browser supports it. This does not promise offline availability for every specialist page. The separate downloadable local preview keeps its supplied page files on your device. This cache is stored on your device. It does not create a BlockCalculatorPro account or synchronize a project between devices.

You can remove this stored site data through your browser’s settings. The exact control depends on the browser. Clearing stored data may remove offline availability and other browser held state for the site.

Printed estimates and downloaded files are created for you to save or share. Copies may remain in your downloads folder, print destination, device backup or any service where you upload them. Clearing the website’s browser data does not delete those separate copies.

Website delivery and hosting information

Opening a page requires communication with the hosting service. The host may process ordinary access and diagnostic information, such as an IP address, requested page, request time, browser information and delivery errors, to serve and maintain the website.

This differs from submitting your calculator values to the application. The current application has no account database or server based estimate storage. A hosting request can still be recorded even when no analytics script is installed.

Information you send by email

Contact is by email to [email protected]. Sending a message shares the contents, attachments, sender address and ordinary email metadata through the email services involved.

Information sent to this address is used to understand the message, respond where appropriate and investigate reported issues. Share only what is useful for the question. Avoid sending unnecessary personal details, financial information or private plans.

If you have a question about information you sent, contact the same address and identify the relevant message. Do not send sensitive identity documents simply to ask a privacy question.

Analytics, advertising and external websites

No analytics, Google AdSense or other advertising scripts are currently enabled in the site application. Manufacturer and reference links are ordinary outbound links; the application does not load affiliate tracking scripts.

If advertising or analytics is introduced, the relevant services, data uses, available choices and any required consent controls need to be established and disclosed before those services are enabled. The current policy does not describe hypothetical vendors as active services.

Following an external link opens another website with its own privacy and storage practices. This applies to manufacturers, industry resources and any services you choose to use when sharing an estimate.
